The United Way of Salt Lake staged the MINI Cooper drawing give away along with MINI of Murray at the Celebration of Service Luncheon at the Grand America Hotel.

Salt Lake City, Utah May 6, 2010 -- MINI of Murray gives away a 2010 MINI Cooper Convertible. MINI of Murray has donated a one year lease to the United Way of Salt Lake, to be given away at the Celebration of Service to a lucky participant in the United Way's Workplace giving program.

MINI of Murray donated a one year lease on a 2010 MINI Cooper Convertible to the United Way of Salt Lake. This MINI Cooper was used as a drawing incentive to encourage employees at Salt Lake businesses to get involved in the United Way's workplace giving program. During the past year, nine finalists were drawn and presented with a key to the MINI Cooper Convertible. At the Celebration of Service luncheon, which was held at the Grand America Hotel, they were each given a chance to "start" the MINI. Only one of the nine finalists would be able to "start" the MINI Cooper and win the one year lease form MINI of Murray.

The luncheon was very well attended and represented a number of local businesses. Employees from companies such as Questar Gas, Intermountain Health Care and Tesoro were treated to a fulfilling lunch and enthusiastically supported the United Way and this year's award recipients.

The lucky winner of the 2010 MINI Cooper Convertible one year lease was Caroline Millard. We are so happy to have such wonderful people participate with such a great organization as the United way and we hope that Caroline has a great time motoring around in her MINI Cooper Convertible over the next year.

To qualify for the MINI of Murray lease giveaway, you must obtain an entry form at a United Way of Salt Lake employee giving campaign meeting in your workplace. Then simply complete the entry form and return it to your company's United Way of Salt Lake Employee Campaign Manager. No pledge or donation is required to enter the MINI of Murray Lease Giveaway, but you must be at least 21 years old.
